Terms & Conditions
Payment is expected when service is completed.
NCPM does not make appointments and works from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.
Day of service driveway must be completely cleared off by 7am (i.e. cars, trash cans, basketball hoop, toys).
Late fees will be added after 14 days, interest after 30 days.
All discounts are void if payment is not made within 14 days of invoice.
There will be a $50.00 charge if driveway is not fully clear upon arrival.(i.e. cars, trash cans, basketball hoop, toys).
Should Customer choose to cancel service for entire 2025 season we must be notified by phone at least 12 hours prior to scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of $50.
The estimated date the work will begin is March 22nd, 2025. The estimated date the work will be completed is October 31st, 2025. The dates of beginning and completion are not of the essence.
Contractor’s liability for any damages claimed to result from the work performed under this contract shall be limited to the contract price stated above. This limitation shall apply to all claims arising out of this contract, common law, local, state, federal law, or any other manner.
In the event Contractor shall be required to enforce the terms of this agreement, the Contractor shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, disbursements and costs.
Customer is responsible for any collection and/or legal costs related to non payment.
